Client Recipe: Cherry Chocolate Cake

We recently featured Milestone Wealth clients Bryant and Cindy Kittrell in a Client Spotlight.
Cindy's dad always made this simple, yet delicious, cake when he had to bring a tasty dessert to any gathering. With the holidays around the corner, it's the perfect cake to share with friends and family!

Ingredients
1 box Duncan Hines Devil's Food cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling
1 tsp almond flavoring
2 eggs
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a tube or bundt pan.
2. Mix all ingredients together by hand. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes.
4. Check cake after 35 minutes or until cake is done. Cool completely.
5. Use prepared frosting, either regular or dark chocolate.
